Here is what Netflix subscribers said they would do if offered a cheepe Ad- Supported Tier in 2019

Now that Netflix is actually considering an Ad-Supported tier, (my bet is that it will happen), I wonder what will happen.

Back in 2019 it looks about a 50 / 50 split.

49% of Netflix subscribers unlikely to change

32% likely to change

20% not sure

We already know when given the choice between a higher subscription rate or Ad-Supported streaming the majority of viewers pick Ads.
